Fees and Rebates

Please note that we are not a bulk-billing service and are unable to provide free services.

All sessions require full payment at the time of, or prior to, your appointment. Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS (credit & debit cards), and direct deposit. We are also able to process payments remotely using our online system without retaining your card details.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise specified. Appointments after 5pm and on Saturdays are subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for information about our current fees and rebates.

DVA Health Cards (white and gold) are accepted as payment with a valid GP referral for services with some of our psychologists. Please contact us to discuss details before booking.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for those who have a current Mental Health Care Plan and a valid referral from your doctor.

Please note that medicare rebates are not available for provisional psychologists and is why we offer a reduced fee for this service.

Medicare rebates can be processed immediately via our EFTPOS machine with a debit card or via our online system. You can also claim your rebate via your MyGov account with a copy of your invoice.

Private Health Funds

Private Health Fund rebates are available for most Health Funds. Please check with your Health Fund about cover for psychology prior to your appointment.

Private health rebates may not be available for provisional psychologists. Please speak with your provider for more information.

Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle CTP Insurance

If you have a claim number and prior approval from your insurer your fees will be covered by your insurer. In the event that your claim is declined, you will be responsible for payment of your sessions.


The fee will depend on what services you require and what your goals are based on your plan. Fees for NDIS services are charge at the recommended NDIS rates.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend your appointment you may be subject to the full fee. No fee is charged if you change or cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice.

We will send you an appointment confirmation email at the time of booking with a link to change your appointment if you need. We also offer email reminders 3 days before your appointment and SMS reminders 1 day before your appointment to help you keep track of your appointments.
