Counselling and therapy for adults2021-11-13T04:43:52+00:00

All of our clinicians are registered and guided by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We provide up-to-date treatment options whilst ensuring you receive an individualised service based on your needs. Whether you need help with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues or just need space to sort some stuff out then we are here to help!

Making the decision to seek help can be daunting for many. For this reason we try to make the process as easy as possible and adapt to work at your pace. We know we are not the drivers of your therapy journey, you are! We’re just the tour guides; we’re here to point out the highlights and help you work out how to navigate your way to the next destination. Ultimately, though, we want the same things; to get you the best possible outcome and live your best life.

To maximise the benefits we want to match you with the right guide. Check out our team page for the who’s who at Inner Space. If you’re not sure who would be your best fit, just book a free online intro call here so we can have one of our clinicians walk you through it and help you make a more informed decision. Alternatively, give our friendly reception team a call and they will organise it for you.

Counselling and therapy for teens2021-11-13T04:43:46+00:00

Adolescence can be the toughest time in life for many. Our youth are not just younger versions who can be treated just like the adults in our world. They face a different set of challenges and therefore need a different approach. Ensuring best treatment outcomes means providing the right treatment with the right person. There’s no sense trying to fit a square peg in a round hole; in the end no-one wins. At Inner Space, the client is central to what we do and how we do it. This is even more important when working with our youth. Together our team provides services to those aged 12 years and up.
